Glasco Commercial is led by Grant Glasco, a licensed Texas real estate broker with over 20 years of experience specializing in North Texas land transactions. Since founding Glasco Commercial in 2011, Grant has focused on representing landowners, developers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of development, investment, and transitional land throughout North Texas. His analytical background in finance, industry relationships, local market expertise, and personalized approach helps clients maximize property value and capitalize on opportunities throughout one of the nation's fastest-growing real estate markets.

After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Business and Finance, Grant began his career as a financial analyst with Koch Equity Development in Wichita, Kansas. In 2004, he relocated to Dallas and entered the commercial real estate industry through the land division of Henry S. Miller Commercial, specializing in land investment properties in “the fairway” north of Dallas.

Grant later joined Fairway Group, Real Estate, where he expanded his expertise under the mentorship of a respected commercial real estate veteran. During this time, he gained extensive experience in land development, investment sales, retail properties, and single-tenant net leased investments across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This diverse background provides Grant with a well-rounded perspective that benefits clients throughout every stage of the land acquisition and disposition process.
